Time Bandits Creature Concept Art

Here's some creature Concept Art I did for Time Bandits! It was super fun to design the look of the Smilodon and the fur style/pattern. It was especially fun to see weta workshop create a full size bust of this and also be able to pet it :D There were a lot of fun creature designs I had the opportunity to contribute to and so much fun with a comedy twist!
The show was a lot of fun to work on and I got to infuse the artwork with some humor from time to time! It was amazing to see the talent of all the film crew executing so much varied and beautiful work with miniatures, set builds and VFX. I’m grateful I got the chance to be a part of this from preprod to post, thanks to Tobias Wolters, Max Serges, Will Reece and the rest of the team.
